OFFSHORE BANK ACCOUNTS IN PANAMA

As a rule, Banks will require information and references as to the commercial and banking records of the interested party, and some times, an interview or personal meeting with the future Executive of your banking account in Panama, can also be necessary. Once the Bank has approved the application, deposits and withdrawal of funds, money transfers or investment orders, checkbook receipt, credit cards, etc. can be carried out. 1-

One (1) banking or commercial letter duly authenticated, from the director, shareholder, legal representative, or legally empowered by the Corporation, and of those individuals with the right to sign in the account.

2-

Duly authenticated copy of two (2) identity documents (passport and another additional) of the directors, shareholders, legal representatives or legally empowered by the Corporation, and of the individuals with the right to sign in the account.

3-

In some cases a signature will be required to for the opening application of banking accounts.

4-

Information as to the origin and use of the funds.

5-

Signing of additional forms required by the Bank (banking contracts, authorizations, etc.)

6-

Special power of attorney, in the event we are authorized to open the account.
